Sales Tax:
Sales tax will be applied to all orders shipped to a Pennsylvania address.
Back Ordered Items:
We have many outlets in which we sell our products. Unfortunately, some of them are not linked to our inventory so there may be an instance in which an order is placed for an item that is out of stock. If this happens, we will contact the purchaser immediately and offer three options:
1) We will issue a full refund on the purchased item.
2) We will offer a comparable item, if one exists, and refund/bill the difference.
3) We will provide an estimated date in which the item will become available. Once the item becomes available, we will then notify the purchaser and ship the product immediately.
