Our Brass "Glass Cap" comes with everything you need to install to your gas tank.
THIS LISTING IS FOR THE BRASS "GLASS CAP" & BUNG ONLY. THE SMALLER SIGHT GLASS PICTURED IS NOT INCLUDED, BUT CAN BE PURCHASED SEPARATELY.
Features:
- Brass Sight Glass - 2" Male NPT threads, 2-1/2" Hex & 1-7/8" Viewing Window
- Glass - Shatter resistant and Temperature resistant from -40 deg to 180 def F.
- Steel Bung - 2" Female NPT, 1.365" OD Flange with a .25" Step (No more dropping your bungs in your tank during installation).
- Easy Installation: Simply use a 2-3/4" hole saw bit, drop the bung in the hole and weld away.
- If you want a Flush Mount install, use 3-1/4" hole saw bit and weld the bung flush. (BE CAREFUL NOT TO DROP THE BUNG IN THE TANK DURING INSTALLATION)
- This kit will come with a vented o-ring and should not be completely submerged like our other sight glass kits or it will leak through the vent.
- Pair the "Glass Cap" with our 12 Gauge Sight Glass kits (SOLD SEPARATELY).
