For 1991-2021 Harley Davidson Sportster Evolution 883/1200 XL Models – Recommended for 530 Chain

Features:

  • This is the .5" offset front sprocket and locking hex nut used on our popular Complete Belt-to-Chain Drive Conversion Kit.
  • You can swap out this front sprocket for different gearing for different applications.
  • The locking flanged hex features locking holes to ensure that this sprocket is properly locked in place.
  • Fits 1991-2022 Harley Davidson Sportster Evolution 883/1200 XL Models
  • Recommended for use with a 530 Chain.

NOTE: A larger REAR sprocket means more torque (geared down) and a larger FRONT sprocket means more top end (geared up - higher gears).

NOTE: These are made for use on a stock frame or a frame/hardtail which uses stock spacing (such as hardtails which use the stock rear wheel assembly, brake, and axle spacers). If the frame you are using is a different axle plate spacing (width) or you are using a non-stock wheel this may affect the rear sprocket alignment. This is for use with a stock width wheel, and is not for a wide tire conversion.

NOTE: Because of tight clearance when using stock muffler mount or stock passenger peg mounts do not use an O-ring chain because the additional width may cause chain to wear at these components on deceleration.
